LGVSD has beautiful birding, wonderful walking paths, and is open 24x7. If you take dogs, they must be on leash and must stay on the main walking roads.

Lakes, Rivers, Streams & Waterfalls : Being a swimmer, I have an incredible love for the water. There is nothing more peaceful than sitting next to a quiet stream. Swimming out in the middle of a wide open lake is exhilirating and sitting on the banks of a fast moving river awe inspiring. Every since I was a kid, I've always been fascinated by waterfalls and my favorite picture as a child was a black light poster of a waterfall. From the smallest to the largest, any waterfall is fun to sit next to, capturing the roar of the water and tapping into the power of the fall.
