I've often heard it said that you should focus on what it is that you love to do and I am fortunate enough to be able to do just that. Photography is such an amazing experience. I'm always striving to improve my photography, to learn new techniques, to be bolder and more confident in my picture taking. Each year I seem to grow leaps and bounds. I'm constantly studying photography and am excited when I reach a new level.

Besides photography, I love swimming and am a competitive masters swimmer with the United States Masters group (http://www.usms.org). I swim for, and coach, the Marin Pirates Masters in Novato (northern California) where we have great weather for swimming and an abundance of beautiful country to photograph.
